Five Months Until Christmas!
Yes, just had to remind you all that we have 5 months until Christmas Day! I know, you don't want to think about Christmas. I don't want to think about Christmas, cause I am enjoying my summer so much this year. But, Christmas will be here before we know it. We usually don't start our shopping until December. We're not like most people who do their shopping the day or week after Christmas. We wait until after Thanksgiving, and get started. Yes, I do believe it's harder that way, buying everything in one shopping spree, but that's the way we have always done it. Later.....

Oooooh! I Love all the new garden pictures!! And thanks for putting up that spoonbread recipe!! It was so good. Thanks again for a great time! We'll call ya when we get back from vaca.

Well, I must admit I'm one of those nutty people who tries to finish her Christmas shopping before Thanksgiving. At least for the last couple of years and I do most of my shopping online (especially with the price of gas this year). That way I have a somewhat peaceful, stress-free December..except for the baking.
Christmas?? Already? I do not even want to think about it yet. Love the pictures of all the flowers and the garden. You do nice work!!
